Youth Coding, Cybersecurity, and Robotics program (ages 8-14)
Students will learn how to write robotic coding programs to program a functional robot, design beautiful webpages, & Cybersecurity methods.
When:
3 week program that will meet once a week, every Monday, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Monday, September 11th, 6 pm – 7 pm
- Monday, September 18th, 6 pm – 7 pm
- Monday, September 25th, 6 pm – 7 pm

What:
This program will cater to youth ages 8-14 and provide hands on exercises that introduce them to Cybersecurity and Internet Safety methods. With our modern day world being so digital, we are seeing more youth falling victim to cybercrime. Our workshops will educate students on the common types of cybercrime online to avoid and methods to increase cybersecurity whether you are on your phone or computer.
We will also educate students on the fundamentals of Coding and how it is a key component of Ethical hacking and illegal hacking. Students will learn programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Students will also learn how to write basic robotic coded programs and program a functional robot.
